Introduction
At HiA2UI, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how the HiA2UI documentation site and protocol specifications handle your information.
1. No Data Collection by the Protocol
Crucially, the A2UI Protocol itself is a stateless JSON specification. Using the protocol in your applications does not send any data to HiA2UI servers.
- We do not track your API calls.
- We do not store your JSON payloads.
- We have no access to your LLM interactions.
All data flow happens directly between Your User, Your Server, and Your LLM Provider.
2. Website Analytics
This documentation website (hia2ui.com) uses Google Analytics 4 only after you select Accept analytics.
- Google Analytics may collect page views, interactions, browser and device information, approximate location, and session statistics.
- Google Analytics stores a client identifier in the first-party
_gacookie. Google states that raw IP addresses are discarded after use and are not logged or stored in Google Analytics. - We store your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage under
hia2ui-analytics-consent. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. - You can change your choice at any time through Analytics Settings in the site footer. Removing site data in your browser also clears the choice and analytics cookies.
3. Third-Party Services
We host this documentation on Cloudflare’s content delivery network.
- Google Analytics: Analytics data is processed by Google under its privacy policy.
- GitHub: We use GitHub for code hosting and issue tracking. If you interact with our repository, GitHub’s privacy policy applies.
4. Advertising
We do not currently serve Google AdSense ads. Before enabling advertising, we will update this policy with the required advertising-cookie disclosures and use a Google-certified consent management platform where required.
5. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy as the project evolves. All changes will be transparently committed to our public repository history.
